About Phill's Eco Fishing 

Tarpon, bonefish, permit, jacks, barracuda and more are the object of our trips. Phill Your guide, Phill is intimately familiar with Antigua's intricate coastline and its nearshore fish habitats. From bottom fishing with live bait to spinning among the mangroves or fly-casting the flats, Phill is your man. He provides gear if you like or you may bring your own. Full of stories this good friend will keep you entertained.


Phill's Bio

With a lifetime of fishing in the Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand to call upon, if you are into Fly Fishing Phil is your man. Taking you off to little known fishing grounds, mangroves, lagoons, flats and shallow waters around the island there are some excellent opportunities to catch tarpon, bonefish, permit, jacks, barracuda. G.T’s and more.

Phil Starting out from his base at Shell Beach, Phil’s 19 foot centre console pro-fishing boat will reach most of the best fishing, or you can walk the flats where necessary. Choosing from a half day or full day fish, you can be out fishing mornings, day time, evenings and through the night. Phil is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week (by prior arrangement).

All fishing is catch and release. Fishing tackle can be provided along with bait and water, or bring your own if you prefer. Maximum of two people taken on each tour.


Fishing Antigua

“When God created Antigua he consulted Heaven’s marketing department first,” says Phil. With 365 palm-fringed beaches dotting its coast, it’s hard to argue. Expect to have a shot at tarpon, permit, bonefish, mahi mahi, wahoo, tuna, kingfish, jacks, snook, and barracuda.
